We offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• The product must not show signs of excessive use or damage caused by misuse

⚠️ Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.

For logistical reasons, return addresses may differ from the shipping origin.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:

• The product has been used excessively
• The return conditions are not met
• The request is abusive or fraudulent
